FULL WARRANTY TERMS:

Our Lifetime Warranty covers your pack for as long as the Leaf is registered on the road. If you experience error codes related to the pack or capacity degradation below 70% of the installed capacity, we'll repair or replace it. It's that simple.

Coverage Period: For as long as the vehicle exists.

• What's Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship and/or capacity degradation below 70% of the installed/shipped capacity, under normal, recommended use.
• Remedy: At our option, repair or replace the pack.
• Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, neglect; water ingress; collision/impact; fire; unauthorized modifications; use with non-approved chargers outside published specs; improper installation; more than 1 DC Fast Charge per month of elapsed warranty period.
• Claim Process: (1) Open a ticket at warranty@lionbatteryrepair.com with VIN and symptoms/codes. (2) We may request simple diagnostics. (3) If approved, we ship a replacement or coordinate return.
• Logistics: Replacement shipping covered by us; return label provided; installation labor not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Limitations: This is a limited warranty giving specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these may not apply.
