Core Policy: Core credit is $500, added at time of sale. Return label included; we try to make the process as easy as possible. We may be able to waive the core deposit if it is too burdensome, please inquire. Core return required within 45 days in any case.

Installation:

Installation within the Portland metro area is free; select local pickup at checkout. Installation outside of this area is $195 for this introductory offer.

What “Lifetime” means (Summary):

• Coverage length: For as long as the vehicle is on the road; pack matched to VIN.
• Trigger: Replacement if error codes are related to the pack.
• Exclusions: Abuse, water intrusion, collision, non‑OEM charging above spec, tampering. Full terms below.

Full Terms 

By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge the estimated lead time of up to 45 days. You authorize us to allocate a production slot and acquire materials specifically for your order. You understand that you may Cancel anytime before ship date for a full refund. You understand this is a limited launch warranty and agree to the Lifetime Warranty Terms below.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers your pack for as long as the Prius is registered on the road. If you experience error codes related to the pack, we’ll repair or replace it - it's that simple. Minimum mileage per year of 10,000 miles enforced.

• Coverage Period: For as long as the vehicle exists. 
  
• What’s Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship and/or capacity degradation below 90% of the shipped capacity, under normal, recommended use.
  
• Remedy: At our option, repair or replace the pack.
• Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, neglect; water ingress; collision/impact; fire; unauthorized modifications; use with non‑approved chargers outside published specs; improper installation; missing or damaged serial/QC labels.
• Claim Process: (1) Open a ticket at warranty@lionbatteryrepair.com with VIN, order # / pack serial, and symptoms/codes. (2) We may request simple diagnostics. (3) If approved, we ship a replacement or coordinate return.
• Logistics: Replacement shipping covered by us; return label provided; installation labor not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
  
• Limitations: This is a limited warranty giving specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these may not apply.
• Magnuson‑Moss Compliance: We do not require branded service/parts to maintain warranty; however, installation/charging must meet the published spec.
